This privacy policy applies to the Pitch Trainer app (the “Application”) for mobile devices, published by Ear & Pitch Training Studios LLC (“we” or “us”) as a commercial service.
What we collect
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information is limited to:
- Identifiers: your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address and Device ID, used to support app functionality and analytics.
- Purchases: your purchase history, used to validate subscriptions and unlock features.
How we use it
We may use the information you provide to contact you with important information, required notices, and occasional marketing.
Some features may ask you for personally identifiable information. Anything you provide is retained and used as described in this policy.
Third-party services
We periodically send aggregated, anonymized data to external services to help us improve the Application. The Application also uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

Beyond that, we only disclose user-provided or automatically collected information:

- to trusted service providers who work on our behalf, have no independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to the rules set out in this policy.
Opting out
You can stop all information collection by uninstalling the Application, using your device’s standard uninstall process or the app marketplace.
Data retention
We keep user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time afterward. To have it deleted, email [email protected] or follow the steps on our account deletion page.
Children
The Application is not directed at anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we delete it immediately. Parents or guardians who become aware that their child has provided us with personal information can contact [email protected].
Security
We use physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain.
Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. We will post any changes on this page. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of them.
