Delete your account & data
You can request deletion of your Pitch Trainer account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Here’s how.

Pitch Trainer is published by Ear & Pitch Training Studios LLC (the “Service Provider”). If you would like your account and associated personal data deleted, follow the steps below.
How to request deletion
Send an email to hello@trypitchtrainer.app with the subject line “Delete my account and data”. So we can locate and verify your account, please send the request from the email address you used to sign in (Google or Apple).
We will confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we permanently remove the personal data we hold about you, including:
- Account information: the email address and sign-in identifier associated with your Google or Apple account.
- App data: your saved progress, settings, and any other information tied to your account.
- Analytics identifiers: device and usage identifiers linked to you are deleted or anonymized.
What may be retained
We may retain a limited amount of information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as records of purchases and transactions needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. This data is retained only as long as legally required and is not used to identify you for any other purpose.
Subscriptions are billed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — please cancel it directly in your Google Play or App Store account settings to stop future charges.
